About the system
The CV drive shaft life bench determines service life by running constant-velocity drive shafts at real joint angles under programmed torque while rotating. It is motor-driven; fracture is detected automatically and the test stops.
Technical scope
- 100–2000 r/min
- 0–2000 Nm
- Outer joint angle 0–46°; inner 0–15°
- Automatic fracture detection
Test functions and capabilities
- Programmed torque loading
- Rotating life test at outer and inner joint angles
- Automatic fracture detection
Configurations and technical data

Values show the range of available configurations. Final technical values are defined by the project specification.
Project scope
- Joint definition of the technical specification
- Configuration and layout proposal
- Installation, commissioning and acceptance tests
- Operator training and after-sales technical support
