Information and quotation request
Just mention the product code in your request. Sharing specimen details and the test specification speeds things up.
About the system
The driveline sealing and lubrication bench tests the dynamic seal tightness of transmissions, axles and e-drive units under mud-water spray with controlled oil temperature. High-speed versions also study lubrication behaviour under roll and pitch tilt.
Technical scope
- Up to 20 000 r/min
- Roll ±45° / pitch ±60°
- Mud-water spray
Test functions and capabilities
- Dynamic sealing under mud-water spray
- Oil temperature control 20–150 °C
- Lubrication under tilt (high-speed version)
Configurations and technical data
| Configuration | Technical values |
|---|---|
| Dynamic sealing bench | 22.5 kW; 0–8000 rpm; 93 Nm; oil 20–150 °C; spray 2–10 L/min |
| High-speed tilt version | 0–20 000 r/min; roll ±45°; pitch ±60° |
Values show the range of available configurations. Final technical values are defined by the project specification.
Project scope
- Joint definition of the technical specification
- Configuration and layout proposal
- Installation, commissioning and acceptance tests
- Operator training and after-sales technical support
