About the system
The reducer performance bench measures efficiency, backlash, hysteresis and torsional stiffness of robot, servo and e-drive reducers. A precision servo drive on the input and a low-speed, high-torque load unit on the output are used.
Technical scope
- 0–1500 rpm
- Load 0–±1 kNm
- ±180°
Test functions and capabilities
- Efficiency
- Backlash and hysteresis
- Torsional stiffness
- Starting and running torque
Configurations and technical data
| Configuration | Technical values |
|---|---|
| Reducer bench | Input 0–1500 rpm, 0–±11.5 Nm; load 0–15 rpm, 0–±1 kNm; ±180° |
Values show the range of available configurations. Final technical values are defined by the project specification.
Project scope
- Joint definition of the technical specification
- Configuration and layout proposal
- Installation, commissioning and acceptance tests
- Operator training and after-sales technical support
