Driveline & Transmission Testing
Information and quotation request
Just mention the product code in your request. Sharing specimen details and the test specification speeds things up.
About the system
The driveline backlash and impact bench measures torsional backlash with high angular resolution on hybrid transmissions, axles, reducers and differentials, and tests resistance to torque impacts and load reversals. The specimen's control units are driven over CAN, LIN or PWM.
Technical scope
- ±50 Nm to ±10 kNm
- ±720°
- 0.1–5 Hz
Test functions and capabilities
- Torsional backlash measurement
- Torque impact and load-reversal tests
- CAN/LIN/PWM specimen control
- 5″ angular resolution
Configurations and technical data
| Configuration | Technical values |
|---|---|
| Backlash bench | ±50 Nm; 0–±5 r/min; ±720° |
| Impact bench | 0–±10 kNm; 0.1–5 Hz; ±25° @3 Hz / ±50° @1 Hz; angle ±90°, resolution 5″ |
Values show the range of available configurations. Final technical values are defined by the project specification.
Project scope
- Joint definition of the technical specification
- Configuration and layout proposal
- Installation, commissioning and acceptance tests
