About the system
The axle housing bending fatigue bench applies servo-hydraulic loads to commercial vehicle axle housings in vertical, lateral and braking directions to determine bending fatigue life and stiffness. Real road loads are reproduced by combining vertical and lateral/brake actuators.
Technical scope
- 60 t vertical
- 25 t lateral/brake
- 8 Hz
Test functions and capabilities
- Vertical bending fatigue
- Combined lateral and brake loads
- Static bending stiffness
Configurations and technical data
| Configuration | Technical values |
|---|---|
| Axle housing bench | Vertical actuators 60 t; brake/lateral 25 t; stroke 200 mm; 8 Hz; 0–2 mm amplitude |
Values show the range of available configurations. Final technical values are defined by the project specification.
Project scope
- Joint definition of the technical specification
- Configuration and layout proposal
- Installation, commissioning and acceptance tests
- Operator training and after-sales technical support
