About the system
The synchronizer test bench measures shift performance and durability of manual transmission and DCT (dry/wet) synchronizer systems. Light and heavy-duty versions use an automatic shift actuator to determine synchronization time, force and wear behaviour; reverse synchronizers are also tested. Air or oil cooling is provided.
Technical scope
- Input up to 3500 Nm
- Output up to 32 000 Nm
- Auto shift actuator
Test functions and capabilities
- Synchronization time and force
- Shift performance and durability
- MT and DCT (dry/wet)
- Reverse synchronizer
- Air or oil cooling
Configurations and technical data
| Configuration | Technical values |
|---|---|
| Light | Input ≤500 Nm; output ≤4000 Nm |
| Heavy | Input ≤3500 Nm; output ≤32 000 Nm |
| Shift actuator | Select ≥±200 mm; shift ≥±150 mm; ≥±500 N |
Values show the range of available configurations. Final technical values are defined by the project specification.
Project scope
- Joint definition of the technical specification
- Configuration and layout proposal
- Installation, commissioning and acceptance tests
- Operator training and after-sales technical support
