About the system
The brake pressure supply unit (PSU) test bench tests the performance and durability of pressure supply units used in electro-hydraulic (brake-by-wire, integrated) brake systems. P-V characteristics, refill, efficiency and maximum pressure gradient are measured with a high-current supply and climatic chamber.
Technical scope
- 18–40 kW
- 0–40 MPa
- 0–50 V / 200 A
- −40…150 °C
- 1–6 stations
Test functions and capabilities
- P-V characteristic and refill
- Efficiency and maximum pressure gradient
- Testing at −40…+150 °C
- 6-station durability
