About the system
The hydraulic brake component and vacuum test bench performs performance, sealing and durability tests on vacuum boosters, master cylinders, brake hoses and other hydraulic brake parts. It measures input force vs. output pressure characteristics, vacuum tightness and behaviour at low and high temperature; the durability version runs 4 specimens at once.
Technical scope
- Vacuum booster & master cylinder
- 0–25 MPa
- Input force up to 20 kN
- Vacuum to −98 kPa
- −40…150 °C
- Up to 4 stations
Test functions and capabilities
- Vacuum booster input force vs. output pressure
- Master cylinder pressure, stroke and sealing
- Vacuum sealing test (150 mL test volume)
- Hot/cold tests at −40…150 °C
- 4-station durability, 500–1200 cycles/h
Configurations and technical data
