About the system

The chassis dynamometer drives the vehicle on rollers and simulates road load, inertia mass and up/downhill conditions in the laboratory. Light-duty versions with 48" rollers and heavy-duty/bus versions with 72" rollers are available in 2WD, 4WD and multi-axle layouts, including configurations for EVs, commercial vehicles and forklifts. Emission, fuel consumption, range, heat balance and durability tests run with optional climatic chamber (−40…60 °C), CVS emission sampling and driver robot.
