About the system
The steering power cylinder test bench performs leakage, pressure, minimum starting pressure and durability tests on heavy-vehicle steering power cylinders. Swing loading and vertical excitation reproduce in-vehicle operating conditions, and energy-saving hydraulics cut consumption by about 60%.
Technical scope
- ±150 kN
- Bore Ø45–80 mm
- Stroke 0–350 mm
- Leakage & durability
Test functions and capabilities
- Internal and external leakage
- Minimum starting pressure
- Pressure strength
- Durability with swing loading and vertical excitation
- Specimen temperature 10–85 °C
Configurations and technical data
| Configuration | Technical values |
|---|---|
| Power cylinder bench | Load ±150 kN; bore Ø45–80 mm; stroke 0–350 mm; ≥100 mm/s; specimen 10–85 °C; <75 dB |
Values show the range of available configurations. Final technical values are defined by the project specification.
Project scope
- Joint definition of the technical specification
- Configuration and layout proposal
- Installation, commissioning and acceptance tests
- Operator training and after-sales technical support
