About the system
The steering gear assembly performance and fatigue bench performs performance, fatigue and special-condition simulations on rack-and-pinion and recirculating-ball steering gears. Options include 100 kN servo loading, 10 000 Nm load torque and five-channel −40…150 °C hot/cold endurance; on hydraulic power steering systems pressure, torque and response are measured.
