The transmission oil pump performance bench with climatic chamber characterises pumps at oil temperatures of −40…150 °C and ambient −50…150 °C, with multi-channel oil-circuit pressure simulation. Fast temperature ramps (up to 12 °C/min) and 125 kHz pressure sampling capture transient behaviour.
