About the system

The power steering pump end-of-line bench performs run-in and performance checks automatically on every pump at the end of the production line. Flow-pressure (P-Q) and speed-flow (N-Q) curves, torque and relief valve opening pressure are measured; the version with acoustic box evaluates pump noise at <40 dB background noise. It comes with two or three stations, automatic clamping and optional robotic loading, and results are uploaded to the production data system.

Technical scope

  • 7.5–45 kW
  • Up to 120 L/min
  • 10–30 MPa
  • Up to 8000 rpm
  • 1–3 stations
  • Options: noise test, robotic loading
